Instructions for making tea:
Rinse the pot and cup with boiling water to keep the lotus fragrance intact.
Separate the lotus petals, take the tea and the white lotus seeds, yellow stamens into the pot. Adjust the amount of tea according to taste: use ½ or 1/3 of lotus flowers for each brew.
Pour boiling water into the pot, shake gently and brew the tea for a few minutes, then pour into a cup to enjoy.
The remaining lotus petals can be added to the kettle for future brewings.
